Predominantly Non-Peated Bourbon Barrels and Refill Casks

“michi” is a series blended primarily using spirits from non-peated bourbon barrels and refill casks. This release features a distinctive green fruit aroma and the concentrated sweetness of malt.

Specifically, the green fruit notes, reminiscent of green apples and pears, are more pronounced than in “THE FIRST,” resulting in an exceptionally vibrant flavor profile. Please take your time and enjoy how the whisky slowly evolves in your glass.
