本商品は、これまで日々積み重ねてきた造り手としての様々な取り組みとともに記憶に残る最高の一杯を目指す「久住の旅」をコンセプトにお届けするシリーズ「tabi」の第一弾商品です。

当社の特約店様を通じて全国の酒販店、百貨店などで販売いただくほか、当社が運営する小売りの通販サイト「シングルモルト通販 洋酒専門店TSUZAKI」と久住蒸溜所SHOPスペースでも販売いたします。

「久住の旅」をテーマに久住蒸溜所が理想のウイスキーを探し続ける旅を表現したシリーズです。
完成形ではなく、私たちと一緒にその旅の過程そのものを楽しんでもらいたい。そんな思いから生まれました。
個性をストレートに表現するというよりは、個性が強い原酒なども一定量使いながらバランスが取れたブレンドで表現していきます。

今回リリースの「tabi＃01」は、「甘くてフルーティ」が特徴になっており、香りや味わいの前半にしっかりと主張する甘さがあります。
余韻にかけてフルーティさや柔らかい木香が抜けていく仕上がりです。
久住のウイスキーの新たな一面をぜひお楽しみください。

Kuju Distillery will release its new product, “Single Malt Kuju tabi #01,” the first in its new “tabi” series, on July 31st (Friday).

This product is the first in a “Journey” series based on the concept of “A Journey to Kuju,” aiming to create a perfect and memorable drink that reflects the various efforts we have made as a whisky maker.

It will be sold through our authorized dealers at liquor stores and department stores nationwide, as well as on our online retail site, “Single Malt Online Western Liquor Specialty Store TSUZAKI,” and at the Kuju Distillery SHOP space.

■ Single Malt Kuju tabi #01

This series, themed “A Journey Through Kuju,” expresses the journey of the Kuju Distillery as they continue to search for their ideal whisky.

It wasn’t about the finished product, but rather about sharing the journey itself with you. That’s the idea behind this series.

Rather than directly expressing individuality, it is expressed through a balanced blend while using a certain amount of strongly individual spirits.

This release, “tabi #01,” is characterized by its “sweet and fruity” notes, with a strong sweetness that is prominent in the initial aroma and taste.

The finish is fruity and has a soft woody aroma.

Please enjoy this new side of Kuju whisky.
