現在、隣接する土地を取得し第３熟成庫を建設中です。

設立当初から近い将来、さらに熟成庫が必要になることは目に見えていました。
ウイスキーの蒸溜所は将来のために樽という在庫を積み上げていかなければなりません。
なんとか道路を挟むくらいの距離に熟成庫を立てたいと考えていました。

蒸溜所の前を走る県道のバイパス工事でお隣だった田んぼに道路が通ることなったことから地権者様と話し合いを重ね、地元の農業委員会に掛け合い、農地を転用できることになりました。
そこから地盤調査を行い、建設工事を着工。年内完成予定で建設中です。

最大で3000丁もの樽を貯蔵可能。木造の美しいトラス構造が特徴です。広々とした空間を生かし、自然と調和したデザインで設計されています。
実は、この熟成庫、見た目は１棟のように見えるものの実際には４棟で構成されます。
現在、２棟分の梁が上がりました。

作業効率を考えるとラック式にしたかったのですが、昨今の建材などの高騰を考えるとできるだけ予算を抑える必要に迫られた結果、貯蔵方法はダンネージ式で木造になりました。

We have acquired adjacent land and are currently building a third aging warehouse.

It was clear from the beginning that we would need more aging warehouses in the near future.A whiskey distillery needs to build up a stock of barrels for the future.We wanted to build an aging warehouse somewhere across the road.

Due to the bypass construction of the prefectural road in front of the distillery, the road would pass through a neighboring rice field, so we had many discussions with the landowner and negotiated with the local agricultural committee, and it was decided that the farmland could be converted.

We then carried out a ground survey and started construction. Construction is currently underway and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.It can store up to 3,000 barrels. It features a beautiful wooden truss structure. It is designed to make use of the spacious space and harmonize with nature.

In fact, although this aging warehouse looks like one building, it is actually made up of four buildings.

We wanted to use a rack system to make work more efficient, but given the recent rising prices of building materials we were forced to keep the budget as low as possible, and as a result we have decided on a wooden dunnage storage method.
