「大分団地新聞（現：OITA CITY PRESS）」は、大分市内で56年の歴史を持つ地域密着型のフリーペーパーです。創刊以来、団地や住宅街にお住まいの方々と共に歩み、日々の生活に役立つ情報や地域のイベント情報を発信し続けてきました。創刊50周年を機に「OITA CITY PRESS」へと名称をリニューアル。現在は大分市内の戸建住宅団地を中心に10万部を発行しており、特にシニア世代や主婦層から厚い支持を集めています。紙面だけでなくWEBサイトでも、大分の「今」を伝える充実したローカル記事を展開しています。
縁あって久住蒸溜所のこと、ウイスキーのことを取り上げていただきました。
「琥珀の時間。県産ジャパニーズウイスキーの世界」と題して、ウイスキーの歴史や定義といった基本知識を網羅しながら、久住蒸溜所のこれまでの経緯からウイスキー造りに懸ける想いまで丁寧な取材に基づいた読み応えのある記事にしていただきました。
